Welcome to STHARY LLC, Cleaning Services. By using our cleaning services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Offered
STHARY LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services through scheduled subscriptions. The specific details of each type of subscription are described below.

Subscriptions
We offer five types of subscriptions:

1.One-Time Subscription: This option is available for a single cleaning. No long-term commitment is required. Payment is made at the time of booking and no discount is included.
2.Weekly Subscription: This subscription provides weekly cleaning. Payment will be made weekly. Due to the discount applied to this subscription, it cannot be canceled until 30 days after the start date. After this period, you can cancel your subscription with a 7-day notice or continue with automatic renewal.
3.Every 10 Days Subscription: This subscription offers cleaning every 10 days. Payment will be made every 10 days. Due to the discount applied to this subscription, it cannot be canceled until 30 days after the start date. After this period, you can cancel your subscription with a 7-day notice or continue with automatic renewal.
4.Every 15 Days Subscription: This subscription provides cleaning every 15 days. Payment will be made every 15 days. Due to the discount applied to this subscription, it cannot be canceled until 30 days after the start date. After this period, you can cancel your subscription with a 7-day notice or continue with automatic renewal.
5.Monthly Subscription: This subscription provides monthly cleaning. Payment will be made monthly. The subscription will automatically renew each month and can be canceled at any time with a 7-day notice.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

•Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance in writing by notifying us at [email protected]. The rescheduling fee is $35.
•Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Late cancellations or failure to show up for the service will result in the loss of the scheduled service, and no refund will be provided.

Special Instructions for Pets
If you have pets in your home, it is essential to inform us of any special instructions for their care or handling during the cleaning. This is to ensure the safety of your pets and the effectiveness of the service.

Products and Allergies

•Product Allergies: If you have allergies to certain cleaning products, you must notify the company in advance. We will make every effort to avoid using these products in your home. However, if you do not inform us of your allergies, we are not responsible for any reactions or issues related to the products used during the cleaning.

Liability and Exemptions

•Damage: We strive to provide high-quality services. However, we are not responsible for damage to personal belongings or areas not specified in the service request. It is recommended that valuable items be secured or removed before cleaning.
•Access: Ensure that all areas to be cleaned are accessible and free of obstacles. We are not responsible for damage or loss of items in blocked or inaccessible areas.
•Site Conditions: We are not responsible for cleaning areas that are in poor condition, such as excessive trash accumulation, mold, or structural damage. In such cases, we may recommend hiring specialized services.

Privacy and Security

•Information Collection: We collect personal information necessary to provide and manage our cleaning services. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, address, contact information, subscription details, and service preferences.
•Use of Information: We use your personal information to:
•Process and manage your subscription and bookings.
•Communicate with you regarding your services, updates, and promotions.
•Improve the quality of our services and respond to your specific needs.
•Manage payments and billing.
•Data Protection: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the Internet.
•Information Sharing: We will not share your personal information with third parties except:

Disputes and Resolution

•Governing Law: Any dispute, claim, or controversy related to these terms and conditions or the services provided by STHARY LLC will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
•Dispute Notification: If a dispute arises with STHARY LLC, you must send a written notice to [email protected], explaining the nature of the dispute and the resolution you seek. We will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably and fairly through direct communication.
•Mediation: If we cannot reach an amicable resolution, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the conflict through mediation. Mediation will be conducted in the State of Florida with a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
•Mandatory and Binding Arbitration: If mediation does not resolve the dispute, any unresolved dispute will be submitted to mandatory and binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in the State of Florida, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final, binding, and enforceable in any competent court. You expressly waive your right to a trial by court or jury. However, this provision does not prevent either party from seeking to resolve disputes that qualify before a small claims court.
•Waiver of Class Actions: To the extent permitted by law, any dispute or claim must be brought individually and not as part of a class action, consolidated, or representative action.

Insurance and Liability

•Liability Insurance: STHARY LLC maintains liability insurance to cover accidental damages that may occur during the provision of our services.

Property and Value Policy

•Responsibility for Valuables: It is recommended that all valuable items, such as jewelry, cash, and important documents, be kept in a secure place and out of the cleaning area. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of valuable items that have not been secured or removed before cleaning.

Complaint and Resolution Process

•Complaint Notification: If you have any complaints or issues with our services, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] within 24 hours of the service or the incident that led to the complaint. Notifications made after this period will not be accepted or considered valid.
•Resolution Process: Upon receiving the complaint within the 24-hour period, we commit to investigating and resolving the situation fairly and equitably. Our team will contact you for additional details if necessary and offer an appropriate solution.
•Complaint Resolution: If the complaint is valid and it is determined that there was an error or problem with the service, we will take necessary steps to correct the situation.
•Limitation of Liability: Any complaint received after the 24-hour period will not be considered, and we will not be responsible for issues reported outside of this period.

Service Restrictions and Limitations

•Restricted Areas: We reserve the right not to provide services in areas that we consider dangerous, unsanitary, or posing risks to our staff. This includes, but is not limited to, extensive mold, pest infestations, or severe structural damage.
•Special Services: Some services, such as carpet or specific upholstery cleaning, may require an additional fee or be managed by external providers. These services must be requested and agreed upon separately.

Non-Solicitation Agreement

•Personnel: During the period of providing our services and for 12 months after the completion of our services, you may not directly solicit our employees for additional services without the involvement of STHARY LLC. If this clause is violated, we may impose a penalty fee.

Photography and Video Use Policy

•Permission for Photography and Videos: During the provision of our services, we may take photographs and videos of the work performed for marketing, documentation, and quality purposes. By hiring our services, you grant permission for the use of these images and videos in our communication channels and promotional material.
•Exclusion of Images: If you prefer not to have photographs or videos taken during our service, please notify us before the service is provided. We commit to respecting your request and not capturing images or videos in those circumstances.

Force Majeure

•Force Majeure Events: We will not be held responsible for any failure to provide our services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, or unforeseen technical problems.
